Built a full-stack platform that streamlines AI training-data collection and QA. Features: multi-language audio recording, speaker qualification forms, automated quality scoring, and an admin dashboard for projects and submissions. Stack: Lovable, Supabase, Cursor. Result: automated candidate screening and QC for the company's new AI data services line.
Alconost MT — alconost.mt (0 → launch, then iteration)
Built a web app that lets users evaluate translations across multiple LLMs. Owned roadmap and backlog, aligned with CEO and CMO, ran design workshops, managed two engineers, shipped through release. Post-launch, drove improvements via A/B tests, fake-door experiments, analytics, and direct customer feedback.
Kraken — internal marketing intelligence tool (0 → live)
Audited the marketing team's workflows; identified manual data collection from app stores as the biggest bottleneck. Built a small team (one designer, two engineers) and shipped a web app that aggregates and analyzes data from the App Store, Google Play, Steam, Nintendo, and Epic Games. Now powers 3+ ABM campaigns per month and increased qualified lead generation.
alconost.com redesign + multilingual rollout
Used GA4 and Hotjar session replays to find where the funnel was leaking. Coordinated an international marketing team to pick design references and content for each region. Managed localization workflows in Crowdin and introduced AI translation with human post-editing. Result: lifted conversions across target regions.
Paid creative scaling — Pikaban + ABM
Helped build Pikaban, a tool for scaling creatives and playable ads across Meta, Google, and TikTok. Ran ABM campaigns end-to-end: cold outreach sequences, landing-page experiments, conversion tracking.

Designed and shipped the company website (Figma + Tilda) with online and offline sales flows and lead-capture forms. Grew the company from 7 to 80 monthly customers in 12 months. Ran content, social, and Meta ad campaigns. Negotiated supplier deals at industry conferences and expanded operations to new regions.

AtTheTop Hostels Group, Dubai
Ran multi-marketplace operations for a hostel group: integrated Cloudbeds channel manager across Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, and Expedia, eliminating manual sync work and reducing overbooking incidents. Hired, trained, and led the operations team. Drove repeat bookings through direct guest communication and personalized upsells.
